At Elya Camp, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Return request period

You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

We do not accept returns on customized or discounted items (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).

Return process

Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective products
