At Elya Camp, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Return request period

You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to submit a return request.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The item must be new, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Custom or discounted items are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Return process

Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective products
